All of them!
You are always calling people to action.
The question is: Are they taking the action you intended?
8 years ago I was frustrated with my employees.
They were complainers with bad attitudes.
My franchisor was baffled.
I’m a pretty upbeat guy.
I was baffled.
Why was I attracting these people?
How could I get better employees?
Then one day I started listening to myself
“I can’t believe we’re stuck at another red light”
“That took longer than it should have”
“I may have mis-bid this job”
It was embarrassing and liberating all at the same time.
I was the source of their bad attitude
My employees were simply saying what I had said during training.
Fortunately, the fix was easy.
I stopped muttering negative chatter.
Attitudes improved.
Especially mine.
