A perfect elevator pitch creates instant leads.
When was the last time someone came running, and I do mean running up to you with a lead after you gave your elevator pitch?
Here are two examples:
1. A recruiter shows up to a networking meeting with a list of open jobs he’s filling in the financial industry. He hands out the list. That’s his elevator pitch. Leads come pouring in.
2. A portrait photographer, in her 60 second commercial, asks us to take out a piece of paper and write the numbers 1 through 5 down the left hand side. So we do. Then she asks us to write down the names of five people we know who have children. Pretty easy. She says, “I do family portraits. These are all perfect leads for me.” Leads come pouring in.
What do you do to create instant leads?
